Pros and cons of Mortgage Calculator app for iPhone and iPad

Mortgage Calculator app good for

It does exactly what I need! Nothing more, nothing less. Right price, right features, right time. It feels it was made for me. Awesome! Love it!
Nice easy to use and fun. So far the best one I have uesd, I have used 3 of them.
Good app! I can recommend. Could use an update to add a toggle window next to downpayment % to show the dp dollar amount. Or add a regular calculator at the bottom tab. Would love to see the update. Great app thanks.

Some bad moments

This should be much more robust or it should be free. Give me more for an app that costs money. Please.
This is an "ok" app. Id like to see an additional % field to account for taxes. The screen does not float up to keep the active field in view when the keyboard appears.
Overall the app does what it should. But why is the interest rate portion covered? Thats pretty goofy. Perhaps this should be free until it gets reworked.
Did I really just pay $1 for an amortization schedule, and a crappy one at that? Come on developers, clean it up...this should either be free or an update is sorely overdue.
Clearly, the developer of this app is not an apple tech. The user interface is a fumble. The key pad hides the interest rate field, which requires the user to contantly play hide-n-seek with a crutial data field. dont bother paying for this.
